Audum Live Purchasing Policy

1.) Deals go on sale every Wednesday @ 10am, CST. They are on sale for 1 week, unless otherwise noted on the deal. Deals can be redeemed for up to 3 months from the original on-sale date, unless otherwise noted on the deal. After 3 months, the original cash value of the promotion remains in tact (the promotional value expires) to comply with State and Federal Gift Certificate Laws.

2.) One code per person, per establishment, per 24 hour period.

3.) Tax and gratuities are not included in price.

4.) All Illinois promotions are designed to be in compliance with ILC Regulations. They are meant to spotlight a business' unique offerings in a moderate and reasonable manner. Also, they are redeemable from Open-Close without exception in all instances.

5.) Deals are redeemed by either printing your email receipt and bringing it into the establishment, OR showing the deal to your server in "My Audum Live" for one-touch redemption on your smart phone.

6.) A bar/restaurant has the right to refuse service to anyone, especially if that person appears intoxicated.

7.) All sales are final.

8.) Lost or Stolen purchases will NOT be REFUNDED or REPLACED.

9.) All events are 21+ unless otherwise noted.

10.) Not valid for cash back.
